I always enjoy my stay at the City Mills. I had a wonderful meal at the restaurant as well. I highly recommend staying here.

Pool had been abandoned year's ago. Frogs jumping in the rain stale water. Older motel was clean but needed redoing and updating. Limited towel supplies. Office not always open. Door al banging up and dragging on carpet. Carpet was patched up. Toilet loose on floor.

When we arrived late afternoon there was a note attached to the front door directing us to our room and that they were busy with another client, but did supply a number to call. Our room door was wide open with the keys laying on a table. We did try to call to ask about the wifi and breakfast. We received a text, 3 hours later, with the wifi info and that we were not getting breakfast or coffee as it was not included. I understand about breakfast, but no coffee? There was no TV's anywhere and I do not remember seeing that on the site, but I may have overlooked. The house itself was nice, historical, but we were not overwhelmed by it, nor the lack of attention to customers by the owners. Very overpriced for what you get.

The hotel was clean, didn’t have many breakfast options and the water in the bathroom wouldn’t get hot. Which was very disappointing especially being there for 2 days. I couldn’t enjoy the pool because it was very cloudy and full of chlorine. Hopefully the hotel can improve in these areas because it’s definitely located near a good area.

The property I would say looks rundown the elevators don’t work and I was on the third floor, so I had to walk up the stairs with all my luggage I had to swap rooms a couple of times due to different issues ,smelling like smoke ,TV not working , no phone etc. last but not least a worker tried to come in my room at 9 AM thank God I had the top lock latch in the door double locked because he would’ve seen me naked. I was terrified!
