Did not get the downstairs unit requested in advance It was rectified at check in. Complained about being in a street facing unit, but as it turned our the units are very quite and it was not an issue other than nothing nice to look at from the balcony.. I'm a frequent guest and will continue to be one.

Your staff should be able to deal with a non functioning toilet or be prepared to move the guest to another room.

I felt like some of the fixtures were dated. Like the shower floor was painted over. Not much in the way of tv channels. The food was okay at the restaurants. My only real aggravation was we had to wait an hour for our room to be ready, but they were very nice about it. Valet parking services were excellent, although pricey.

This was an amazing place and was priced very reasonably.

Beautiful and clean room! Staff very hospitable! Will stay again!
