I was first put into a room with a broken fridge which left the carpet soaked a the refused to switch my ruin and made me wait for a handyman at 2am who then pushed to have me moved which still took time before they agreed. I was then out into a room with a malfunctioning tv. The whole hotel was dirty and falling apart. The breakfast was 22 dollars and had warm milk and cold coffee which you could only get from a wait staff and they stayed in the back the whole time. There was also no water to be found at the breakfast.

I loved this hotel and will happily stay here again. The staff were so friendly and the vibes were so unique. The beds were comfortable and the soap smelled great. Very safe and clean.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Phoenix Hotel in Atlanta! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay a great experience. One of the sweetest things was how kind they were to our daughter, Rae. At check-in, the staff surprised her with little gifts, and it absolutely made her day! It was such a thoughtful gesture and something we’ll remember from our trip. ❤️ Everyone we encountered was so helpful and accommodating, and you could tell they genuinely cared about making their guests feel welcome. The hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, and in such a convenient location for everything we wanted to do in Atlanta. We would definitely stay at the Phoenix Hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Atlanta! Thank you to the wonderful staff for making our family’s stay so special!
