I checked in and checked out immediately. The place stunk and was filthy. Not at all what I saw in the pictures. Stains on the sheets. Overall disgusting.

This is a decent two or three star hotel. This is not a four or five star hotel. It is nowhere near the quality, cleanliness, and service of a Marriott.

Overall stay was good. Staff was friendly. Breakfast of alright. Would recommend.

I loved the loved the property. They were doing some work in the lot, but it was OK.

If 10 stars were available, I would gladly select. This unique property is in a great location, well maintained and overall a fantastic find. The staff welcomed us and seemed genuinely happy to assist. The location was close to Gervais which had amazing options for shopping and dining. Our room was immaculate, the bedding and bed itself were very comfortable and the décor was inviting. It was a very pleasant surprise to have a coffee/water station on each floor. I would definitely recommend The Lantern Hotel to anyone who is traveling to the area. You will not be disappointed.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very nice.
