Great location to explore Santa Fe. The rooms were comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the pool and fitness center. Gracious hotel staff members. Really enjoyed our stay!

The hotel staff were very warm and friendly, very helpful. Loved the shuttle.

The room we had was small but adequate. The bathroom was tiny and inconvenient to use. The grounds were extensive, very lovely and beautifully maintained by only two very hardworking men.

The pour-over coffee offerings in the room were a delightful surprise. Will be returning!

Clean room, quiet relaxing place

I’m guessing this was a luxury booking ten years ago. But this beautiful property is not well maintained and their short staffing is hampering their ability to adequately serve their customers. Poor unit conditions included patched walls not painted, blinds that didn’t work, four of five faucets leaked, none of the bathroom doors locked, and the outdoor courtyard was not clean. We attempted to order breakfast but no one would pick up the phone. The shuttle took us to a restaurant but no one responded to our texts for an return pick up and when I called the front desk, I was immediately put me on hold and never picked up or answered subsequent calls. After 4 attempts to secure an Uber (which I was told does not have many drivers in Taos), we were forced to walk back down a dark street with uneven sidewalks. The staff were mostly sympathetic to our complaints but a couple were not. I would not stay here until they solve their staffing issues and invest in returning this hotel to its former glory.
