A good value for the price.

Very clean well maintained property. Traditional old-world Bavarian interior, lots of wood, makes a great atmosphere. Plenty of small public lounging spaces for relaxing with you group. Very convenient parking.

We checked in but decided to leave shortly afterward due to several concerns with the property. During our brief stay, we noticed what appeared to be long-term residents with pets and personal belongings throughout the property. There was also a strong smell of marijuana in the hallway and near the entrance. Unfortunately, we also found a tick in our bathroom, and the pull-out couch in our room was badly damaged and torn. Because of these issues, we contacted the booking site shortly after checking in to explain the situation and let them know we did not feel comfortable staying. In all my years of booking hotels through this site, this was one of the most disappointing experiences I have had. Based on the condition of the property and our experience during our short time there, I would not recommend this hotel.

Great location, beautiful property and friendly staff.

Very close to Mall of America and it was nice to have restaurants attached to the hotel. The staff recommended a wonderful pizza place called Pizza Novara and they delivered which was even better! Would stay again.

Didn’t like $117 for two nights parking. Loved the location near target field and bars and restaurants
