This property was absolutely amazing! Not only do they have communal toiletries (sun screen, umbrella, etc.) but they also have beach chairs for you to use, beach towels, and the staff was simply amazing! I can’t wait to return!

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

The hotel is very beautiful, i'll give it that. The location was okay, though it was a little far from a lot of the places we were going. But I have to be honest about the housekeeping, because this really bothered me. When I pulled back the comforter to get into bed, there was makeup on the sheets they clearly had not been washed. I called to ask for fresh sheets, and when someone finally came, they didn't even change them. They just flipped the same sheet around, I know because I checked the bottom of the sheet. That was honestly disgusting, and I was very upset. I tried not to let it ruin the trip with my sister, but clean sheets are the bare minimum. Beautiful property, but this needs to be fixed."

Resort Fee is something that we did not notice when we booked online through Expedia. We paid $45+tax extra per night. Also, there is Service fee $3 per person for Breakfast that is included.

EAST Miami is one of my favorite places to stay in Miami. The location in Brickell is hard to beat. You are right in Brickell City Centre with restaurants, shopping and everything else around you, but once you are inside the hotel it still feels like its own space. The rooms are modern, spacious and have great views, especially with the floor to ceiling windows and balconies. The pool area is also really well done and feels more like a place you actually want to spend part of the day rather than just a hotel amenity. One of the best parts is Sugar on the rooftop. The views from the 40th floor, especially around sunset and at night, are incredible and it is nice being able to have one of Miami’s better rooftop spots without even leaving the hotel. The staff were great throughout the stay and everything felt easy. If you want to stay in Brickell and be walking distance from a lot of what Miami has to offer, while still having a hotel that feels stylish and comfortable enough to enjoy on its own, EAST is a great choice.

We rented the 2 bedroom suite for our girl's trip. I was so skeptical at first because some of the reviews. But what I noticed was most of them were because it was an older property. We actually LOVED it. It is very old but has so much character. The entrance is beautiful! The hallways look like something from a Stephen King novel but then you get to the suites and they were actually really pretty. We had a nice size suite with a big living room and kitchen. The floors and beds were CLEANA which honestly was my biggest priority. The bathroom toilet was broken but it could easily be fixed with a paper clip. The chain on the flap just kept coming loose. The showers were decent and hot. The balcony was spacious with a great view. There's a little market downstairs with really affordable prices. The pool was clean and the beach was easily accessible. If you don't want to pay for valet parking. There's a parking lot right beside it that you pay by hour during the day and free at night. I maybe spent $20 for 3 days. The views of the yachts across the street were super cute too. The receptionists were all very nice too. People who complained clearly don't understand how expensive Miami is and how this little gem is a STEAL! If you want something affordable, spacious and feels like home, this is the one! I spent hours trying to find something for our trip and this was the best decision I made. Thank you Seacoast Suites for hosting us!
