Very good location if you like nightlife & music. Very close to Beatles associated stuff, like museum & Cavern club. Very helpful staff to check in as app was faulty, however in the dorm one very noisy guest whose loud snooring kept us up all night & the staff were unhelpful.

There was an event the first night there which was quite loud until 11pm. Once we were able to open the window, there were no screens and a lot of bugs. It was the Saturday morning that there was an event before the football match. We were woken up at 9am with music blasting. No joke, it scared the heck out of us. Even with the window closed, it was way insanely loud. There were hundreds of people by noon and this lasted until well past midnight. We had left the hotel to go find breakfast and when we came back there were people sitting on the stairs to get to the rooms. One man blocked my way and told me to have a drink with him. We were also told after 9pm on the first night when a man came to our room that we had to move the car as they needed the space for a food truck, bars, and kiosk to be set up for the Saturday game. It was 10 minutes away in someone's empty yard where we told to park. We picked this place as my husband went to the football match but had I known, I would not have booked there. I understand that the building was quite old, but very run down.

Five minute walk to football stadium.

Central location in a very walkable city. Really gorgeous rooms - bright and modern. The bathrooms were spotless and had a great mirror for makeup. The free coffee / pastries were a lovely touch and the staff were super friendly too!

Location was great- 10 min walk to centre. Property was huge- good for hen/stag do, which it is probably aimed at. The property is tired, showers cold or low pressure/ not overly clean. Feels like it needs a good deep clean, wouldn’t want to walk round with bare feet. Unfortunately, one of our party cut their foot on smashed glass in the hot tub. Additionally, one of the children also found smashed glass on the floor in the living area but fortunately was not hurt.

It says free parking but only if it’s available - no real parking lots near by and on the road near by is 4 hours max and pricey. Welcomed to the property with poo all over the steps so be careful. Family room not family friendly - broken glass, loose cables, heater coming off the wall, window on the third floor that opens fully and can be very dangerous- we were in the family room so be careful. TV didn’t work, WiFi poor, boiling hot in the room. Messaged for help at 2pm when checking in and no reply until the morning. Won’t be back and glad it was only one night otherwise we would have left.
