Dent Vacation Packages

We were there for 3 nights. After 2 nights I asked cleaning staff in hall if they could take out the garbages. Did not happen. Treadmill was also not working. Other than that it was a good stay.

I didn’t get names, but the two male staff- one was an evening shift, then the overnight shift were truly amazing! They were very courteous, friendly and attentive. The next morning, a female was working who was also wonderful. She was extremely friendly and accommodating with situations we had arise. We loved our first room on the 4th floor! The pool area is well kept, clean and the kids had so much fun. We were grateful for a hot breakfast as well. I would recommend this hotel, I felt safe, it was clean and the staff were top tier.

10/10 would stay again. Great location lots of fun.

Great clean spot as always, staff is helpful and their places are always well put together. Only thing that came up on this trip was late at night their elevator went down so had to wait a bit to get to my room, maintenance man let me in on their service elevator. This doesn’t change anything about how great this spot is. Will come again when I travel to Fargo.

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! Booked 3 nights, checked in at 8 PM and was KICKED OUT by 10:15 PM! Let me be CLEAR! I did NOT sneak dogs in! I told the front desk I had my dogs. She NEVER asked how many, handed me an agreement so poorly printed it was unreadable, and ran my card for the pet fee. I pointed out I couldn’t read it and she laughed and AGREED! I OWN my mistake for not checking the pet policy. But I wasn’t lying or hiding anything! Why would I openly walk past staff with ALL 3 my dogs?! Instead of discussing solutions, the manager accused me of dishonesty, swore at me and threatened to call police! Front desk was rude from the start, maintenance was intimidating, and management was downright nasty! Here’s the kicker! My card showed APPROVED at check-in. Suddenly, during the argument, I was told it DECLINED! After being kicked out, I paid $620 CASH ($120 pet fees + $500 “fine”), only to discover card charges too, for the stay and pet fees, I finally got 2 nights refunded. The next day, that SAME front desk employee repeatedly passed my craft show booth, texting and taking photos immediately after walking past and into my booth. I own a business. I understand policies and OWN my mistake. But that NEVER excuses treating someone like garbage! I tried to make things right. This staff chose hostility. NEVER AGAIN! NOT PET FRIENDLY AT ALL!
