Nice location. Hotel room wasnt that great. Our AC/Heater made a terrible loud noise all night. If you turned it off the room got too hot. Dont stay in 405. Bathroom is very small and shower / tub faucet was so loose you had to pull the shower lever carefully or it felt it would break the pipe. For the money they charge I would choose another hotel. Visit the exit before or after this one.

When we arrived shortly after 3 for our check in everything at check in was going good. Given our keys to the room then get upstairs to Our room which wasn’t ready. The cleaning lady didn’t seem to speak much English but understood well enough to tell me what I already knew she wasn’t done cleaning the whole floor. As I go down stairs I am met at elevator to see Julie the nice lady that checked us in about to bring me new keys to a different room. After such a long drive it was just sad to see that the hotel didn’t have the room originally supposed to be for us ready. The breakfast wasn’t very good. I don’t know about other people but I don’t like microwave eggs . So we only had breakfast there one day.

This resort is terrible. The staff is not helpful, the lines to check in are enormous and the amenities are not well maintained. The rooms are super dated and dirty. I would recommend this resort to anyone plus they want to sell you a timeshare option, before you get to experience the resort

Check in staff at Mountainside are always so friendly and helpful. Always full of suggestions to make stay more fun!!!
