Loved our stay here. Some highway noise but the hotel itself was great. Staff was incredibly friendly and professional.

Check in was easy and the staff was very pleasant. The room was very spacious with a beautiful and well appointed kitchen. The view was a beautiful one of the dunes and the sea. At night we were greeted by fun lighted kites in different shapes of sea creatures. The only negative for our family was that the pillows were not comfortable. The bed was ok but not nearly as comfortable as the one we had just come from. I'm not sure I would have wanted to sleep in this one for many nights. If we were coming back through Florence, we would stay here again.

I thought this establishment was so very well thought out. Nothing fancy. That said, everything I needed was there. I arrived very late. The proprietor was incredibly helpful. I will definitely stay here in the future.

Staff was great, hotel bar/restaurant was excellent. King bed room was decent sized, bathroom could've been a little bigger but not much of an issue for a short stay. Definitely a property I would stay at next time I'm in Eugene.

We stayed at this hotel due to event at the arena across the street. It was the perfect place to stay to be able to walk to the event. Stayed in the Hilyard building at the back with a little patio and a view of wooded area behind. Room was super fabulous, spacious, clean and perfect. Breakfast was delicious, lots of great selections and little extras. Would definitely stay again and it could not have been more perfect. Only complaint and not really a complaint but some spider webs in stairwells and one in the room but I imagine due to the wooded areas close by (no spiders though)!!

I looked at the reviews before booking- this is an old building with character. The room was small and adequate- would have been nice to have coffee in the room for early risers. The room had a not nice smell to it and it was hot in the room. The breakfast was not anything to write home about. The “homemade” biscuits were not that tasty and the gravy was not very good tasting either. If I was traveling through the area, I would choose somewhere else to stay
