Dos Ríos Vacation Packages

Excelente propiedad, muy limpia y hermosamente decorada. Podías salir de tu habitación directo a la playa! Todo muy cómodo y accesible para todas las edades. Volveré de nuevo.

I had to ask for clean towels and washcloths every night if my stay. The room and elevators had a very stale smell (almost like urine). The staff at checkout were horrible and unfriendly. They did not even ask about my stay.

Excelente ubicación, buen trato, buenos restaurantes, buen servicio.

Our room was giant and dated with little furniture and extras. Tea and coffee was a one time deal. We often had to ask for water and towels otherwise they wouldn’t be stocked. The reception was slow to respond and at times did not help with basics. ( Water was lukewarm most days with the exception of one day. Breakfast was nice although it had weird themes somedays. Tables were often not completely set so we scrambled to find napkins, sugar, salt and cutlery. The pool was amazing and the water warm. This is the hotel’s best feature. The area has shopping but it gets a little sketchy at night so we always use Uber or ordered in.

La comida estaba deliciosa, el staff con excelente atención. La playa privada es un super plus.
