Excellent staff. Very helpful and timely with issues raised.

Check-in isn’t until 4 although we were allowed to check in early. We went to the pool where the service was lacking, kitchen closes early and they started closing down pool at 5:30 we felt rushed. The whole reason we stayed there was to enjoy the pool but felt rushed out . It is not worth staying for one night . We ordered room service which also shuts down at 8 and could not find a menu in the website so the restaurant had to recite entire menu over the phone . I don’t recommend staying here for one night . We were disappointed.

Fantastic location and check in was super easy. I was disappointed in the view from my room on the 3rd floor. I was under the impression I would have an ocean view room. But, regardless it was fantastic and will stay here again!

No long length or makeup mirrors. Floors not clean. I got respiratory sick because air conditioning didn’t work and the filters were dirty. Expected much better for the price. Disappointed because resort was highly advertised.

While the hotel was an older property, it had lots of character! You couldn’t have asked for a better staff! Everyone was so nice and helpful! The pool and hot tub were really nice also. The breakfast was very good and had great variety. We had an overall great experience, thank y’all!

The home was very nice and well kept. Had a wonderful time.
