The hotel standard of care is definitely declining and the staff is difficult to understand. I will not return. Bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Hotel.ca should really reconsider having this hotel and others like it removed from their list otherwise I will no longer use hotels.ca.

Check-in experience was disappointing for a 4-star hotel. Our initial room had maintenance issues, including a missing TV remote, a missing closet/mirror door, and noise concerns. After requesting a room change, we were moved to another room that still had significant low-frequency noise. The positive part of the experience was Mohammed at the front desk. He listened to our concerns and quickly found us a cleaner, quieter room on the same floor as my other family members. His assistance significantly improved the stay. The reason for the lower rating is that I had concerns earlier about room exchange and different floor with my family members, I was told no rooms were available and all pre-assigned. However, later that night, a suitable room was found. Better communication and more proactive problem solving would have prevented multiple room changes and a disrupted night's sleep.

Well maintained and clean!

Great location with a nice pool and hot tub. Staff were very helpful and friendly, but the rooms were outdated. The AC unit kept cutting out, so there was no consistent fan and there was no fan in the bathroom, so you could hear noises in the hallway, and it got warm at night.
