Everything went well and staff was friendly. They offered free buffet breakfast in a nice dining room. The only thing I didn't like was that there was no elevator access to our second floor room and we had to carry all of our luggage up a large flight of stairs. I don't think this was mentioned in the room description when booked. I would recommend checking with the hotel ahead of time to confirm room location, especially if you can't easily walk up stairs.

They no doubt hire friendly, outgoing staff in every customer contact position. So refreshing!

Good property with amenities. For a place with conference center, internet connection was poor. We couldn’t work from the hotel and had to find alternative workspace. The room service doesn’t seem to be regular either even though they had it listed as daily service. Our room was not cleaned until we asked. The staff are very friendly.

Not exactly what I wanted but it did the job. Little noisy from.other guests

Don’t let the word “mansion“ fool you. This will be a clean but bare bones experience. If you think that you are getting something lovely because of the word ‘mansion’, you will be disappointed. Rather, you will have a serviceable place to sleep that is very conveniently located.

Nice, clean property. Soap was missing though and the breakfast area is quite cramped.

Restaurant/bar closed at 7 pm. Restaurant served common bar food, burgers and similar, giving guests only option to leave the property for later dining.
