Good value for the price. Staff is friendly and helpful. Shout out to Fernando at the front desk. Very nice and pleasant to talk to. Room was clean and serviceable. Floors are not carpeted, which I like. Carpet is gross in most motels. This was nice. Beds were clean, ac worked well, shower was nice.

The property has aged. Very MCM and could really be done over well. It is clean but very dated. Beds were comfortable and linens were very clean. The rooms are very large. Larger than newer hotels. Outside needs care as the weeds and such has taken over. If they invested to update, it would really shine. It's a diamond in the rough.

The hotel met our expectations of a Hampton Inn. The staff were especially nice and helpful.

This wonderful old 1850s hotel is in need of continued repair. The owners are doing a great job to revitalize the grand place but have a long way to go. One step at a time they are trying. Also opened a dance club which was too late for us to partake but was not heard in the room. Old classic rundown hotel which was clean enough, a nice bed and classic claw foot shower bath. Worth the price and location great being on the waterfront in downtown Lock Haven.
