Hotel needs to be updated and air system cleaned

Whole process was excellent. Would definitely book with this host again.

This was a great last minute rental during penn state graduation for a very reasonable price . Everything was perfect the location was great ! Would recommend to everyone there is actually room for about 8 people to stay if needed fully stocked kitchen with blender and pots and toaster . We were able to make meals and smoothies . Nice park outside the to walk in

The hotel is incredibly outdated. Room was bearable but likely hasn’t been updated in many decades. More like a motel than hotel. Good location for PSU activities. Staff friendly.

Booked 2 rooms 10/3/26. Most disgusting place I have ever been. So bad we requested a refund and drove 2 hours home. This place is truly a health and safety nightmare. My room smelled like bleach, immediately saw a cockroach in the sink, the night stand was broke you could lean it towards the bed of your choice. When we returned for the evening after checking in earlier the reality set in. This room had an investation of cockroaches, they were coming out of everywhere, the walls, nightstand, tv stand you name it. I looked under the tv and roaches scattered everywhere and the filth under there was trying disgusting. Clearly didn’t happen overnight and had to be known by all. My wife packed up quickly and we left. We took pictures and videos. The GM should be fired and the place should be held accountable for the deplorable condition. The entire place smelled like mold/mildew. The other room had hair of some sort on the towels, floor and also a strong bleach smell. Either mold or roach feces on the ceiling. I’m sure I will get some kind of response from the GM like I’ve seen on other reviews but let me tell you hospitality is something you do not offer there. We even bagged up our bags to try not to bring home your bugs. Although both were were refunded you should compensate me for the experience I endured!

Bring your password book or your own firestick / roku for watching TV. Other than that, was a good stay

The place was large and clean. Very large. Having a full kitchen and refrigerator was great. Excellent Penn State colors for the towels. Exterior is dull and plain, could use some color. Coffee pot with filter packs was useless. Would have been nice to have the TV in the bedroom.
