Property interior was well decorated and comfortable. A/C worked well. Kitchen was well outfitted. Interior issues: bath/shower water pressure was inadequate either from flow restrictors or the town water supply. Hot water capacity was limited to one shower. Could not fill tub at all before hot water ran out. Bath tub was dirty upon arrival. One bathroom shower did not have shampoo. No hand soap at sinks, only in showers. Property issues: parking lot and steps lighting not functioning. Building 9 was placarded. Building 8 you had to assume was the adjacent parking lot. Refresh the gravel in the parking lot to prevent puddles.

Our room was exactly as it was advertised to us. The room was very clean, comfortable and decorated very cute. Thank you for accepting our fur baby, we will definitely consider your Inn during our next visit. Liked the fact that you are within walking distant to the shops and restaurants oh Highlands.

Clean spacious room. Staff was super friendly and valet parking was easy and quick. Restaurant on site was great. I used the gym and it was great. Great location and very close to the Biltmore.
