What an absolutely beautiful home to stay in! We booked the deluxe double room and were so surprised by the size! It had so much space which made for a lovely stay for my husband and I's 10 year anniversary. There was so much character in the home as well which made for such a unique place to spend the weekend. It was also great to be within walking distance of Rizzo's House of Parm and the Ridgeway shops. We had a wonderful time. Thank you for such a great stay!

Dissapointed that 2 days our tea and coffee were not replensished

Great spot!

Check-in went great. The space was clean. We love the location. There were three of us and we only had towels for one person. I notified the Booking They responded a bit later that they would look into this and have someone bring some up for us. Unfortunately, we checked out before hearing anything back or receiving any additional towels. Upon checkout, I let the Booking know again that we didn't receive any towels. And they brought to they were in the dryer. I wish I had known that earlier. Two of us slept in the bed, which was a very hard mattress and one slept on the couch. The individual on the couch had a much better sleep.

Plan to bring your own towels (unless you're fine with a hand towel for bathing), soap and shampoo as none will be provided. There is no street parking in the immediate vicinity. You may choose between paying them $20 to park or just use the many spots available for public use at $17/night right in the same building. Their communication is about the worst I've ever experienced. So be sure to check-in, make whatever inquiries you need to make well in advance as their team will need to "check with their supervisor" or "check with the cleaning team". If you're able to contact them by telephone (I was only 50% successful), be sure to talk fast as they will just randomly hang up on you and you'll be standing on a corner in Toronto wondering if you'll ever get into the $400 advertised flat that winds up costing $635 after additional fees.

Property was in a very convenient location to downtown and was as advertised. The checkin process was not smooth and owners were not very responsive, only willing to send non-links through Expedia. The would not call or text. At checkout, we were charged for damages and broken glasses which were not used, and were not reasonable to tell us where things were found.

Didn’t get the room we asked for, toilet didn’t flush, constant fire alarms, thin walls, host could not provide us with the room we paid for, refused to refund/discount us.
