Nice and clean hotel

The construction noise was quite intense, but the staff moved me to a room away from the noise without any fuss.

A wonderful experience from start to finish!

We had a wonderful stay at Sterling Inn & Spa. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and welcoming. The location is great- close enough to walk to Clifton Hill and the Falls while still feeling peaceful. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Niagara Falls.

They have to improve their elevator service for the pick time!!!!

We had a wonderful stay & Woolf he happy to stay again. Yvonne was a gracious host, serving a lovely hot breakfast each morning. I was traveling with my aunt who had some medically related needs and Yvonne made it clear she was there to help, gave us extra supplies and towels and made us feel so very welcome. She also shared her local knowledge of the area. The inn itself was recently redecorated with lovely furnishings, art, and beautiful wallpapers. Our room (Bernard Shaw Room) was spacious and the bed was so comfortable! My aunt and I shared the oversized king that has a memory foam mattress which prevents one from noticing movement of the other - we slept like rocks! The only improvement I might suggest would be better internet connection, but I wasn’t there to work so it was okay. Beautifully done, quaint/updated, comfortable, great breakfasts, excellent host!

It's been a good three weeks that we have been coming back to stay and the last couple of time the two staff Dizza and Marianne was awesome made our stay even more pleasant. Thank you even through the two ladies wasn't working they made sure that our room was delivered with whaf we needed. Although this time checking in wasn't as pleasing especially when they wanted to take 250 deposit. When all the other time I only paid 200 I honestly not so please with that and how they refuse to let us check in at the time that Mariann has organized Otherwise everything thing else was wondering Just disappointed on this time checking in service
