We only stayed one night but we definitely want to go back and stay at least two nights. It really was beautiful, clean and very secure.

Everything about my room was fine, other than it being quite small. The staff was very good. The only negative was the street noise. My room was on the 8th floor and even with the windows closed and the A/C running I could clearly hear horns and sirens on the street.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, very clean - highlight of my Chicago trip. The ice machine on the 8th floor didn’t produce much ice, however the staff at the lounge happily filled my water bottle with ice!

I enjoyed my stay here with my first time in Chicago. It was nearby every single thing I needed. I walked pretty much everywhere. The only problems were the shower door didn’t close, but they reassigned my room immediately :) Next, the TV shut down and upgraded itself, but it worked faster after that. Lastly, I would have loved a pool other than the exercise pool. Overall, a great stay!

My stay was excellent. The staff was incredibly helpful and made the experience even more enjoyable. I called the concierge several times for recommendations, and every suggestion was great. Whenever I needed assistance or something in my room needed attention, one call was all it took. Someone arrived within minutes, and the issue was resolved before they left. The service was prompt and efficient. I also appreciated the hotel’s environmentally friendly housekeeping option. Guests can choose to have their bed made without having the sheets changed every day, which is a nice way to help conserve water and reduce waste. One thing to note for future guests is that the complimentary breakfast is a continental breakfast. It includes items like cereal, toast, pastries, fruit, and beverages, rather than hot options such as eggs and bacon.
