On check in (9pm) the night shift lady that helped us was very nice and friendly and that’s about as good as it got. I booked the best & most expensive suite they offered which included a balcony and Jacuzzi tub. As soon as we walked into the room you could tell they had not cleaned this room in a very long time, there was a ton of dust and dead bugs all over the room. The carpet needed vacuuming, tile floor needed to be mopped, the jacuzzi was very dirty, we almost walked into a giant spider web when we went on the balcony where I then had to knock down another 2 spiders and webs. The first night there I felt something on me and killed a small spider that was in the bed under the covers. They didn’t service our rooms until I had to ask them directly to come change our bedding, vacuum, new towels etc and even then they used our same dirty bedding to remake the bed, did not vacuum but did leave new towels. One night around midnight we went to our car then got locked out of our rooms because the key stopped working, we spent 30-40 minutes locked out calling the number at the front desk before eventually getting a call from a random Texas number by an angry Indian man basically yelling and asking “why I call him”. His tone changed when he realized the situation, but 30-40 minutes locked out is unacceptable. The room was very dated, which I don’t mind but it was just extremely dirty, we had to buy bleach for the jacuzzi, and other cleaning supplies to clean our room.

Arrived and it is a beautiful, well maintained property. The condo is outdated but in the best way, like going to your grandmas house!! It is comfortable, relaxing, probably one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed. There is plenty of room so no one is on top of each other. Great deck with seating. I could have lived in the bath tub. Already looking at new dates for winter. Almost left a bad review to try and gate keep this place.
