Staff at the desk was very good. Efficient. Spoke clearly and easily understood. Jacuzzi was out-of-order and it was the reason I chose the hotel. Desk chair was broken (hydraulic piston caused the seat to drop all the way down when sat upon. No shampoo in shower — only two bottles of conditioner. ...

Pine Crest Motel And Cabins
Communication was very good. Key pick up was easy. The room was very clean and was super cute and had a log cabin feel to it. Amenities worked perfectly. I totally recommend this place and will stay there again if needed.
