The room was clean but very cold. We could not adjust the air conditioning. The bathtub drain did not work. The staff fixed that. There was a list of tasks the housekeeping staff were supposed the do, but didn’t. For example, the coffee was not refreshed for our second morning. They didn’t make the bed. On a different topic, there were two night stands but only a reading light on one. The coffee at breakfast was good, but the oatmeal was watery. The cheese omelets were okay. One can’t blame the staff, they seemed very short-handed.

This is our favorite place to stay anywhere. We enjoyed our days here very much. Thank you

Very convenient location and beautiful lobby. Staff were very accommodating when I arrived late at night with a moving truck.

This place is a hidden gem. The hotel has spacious and clean rooms. Our air conditioning worked just great ( in fact it got so cool at night that we had to shut the ac off in the morning). The location is perfect right next to downtown and near all recreational activities. However, the experience is nothing without helpful staff. Which brings us to Zane. What an amazing person! A credit to the organisation. Zane is kind, charming, helpful, no, not just helpful but goes out of the way to make guests feel valued and appreciated. He truly is the best advertisement and ambassador for the Lodge.

The big problem is that though both the hotel and room provided a clean quiet place to sleep , we only got two clean towels for a three-day stay and neither the room nor the lobby provided any materials to inform the traveler about the many places to see things to do and places to dine. except foe a one page two column list of the restaurants that had paid mangement to to disclose their name address specialty and phone number. Ate a very ordinary cobb salad with very ordinary blue cheese dressing in their restaurant once. The waitress,however was personable and helpful. But the management's operataion makes the customer feel that they don't reall exist except to enrich the company Not again, thank you

Hot tub did not work was dirty. Pool was dirty.
