I have stayed at this hotel multiple times in the past year. My expectations for the hotel have always been met. However, this past stay (1 night) I placed my usual $100 deposit. Upon checkout they charged the entire thing. When I called them to question why they said one of the towels were “too dirty” and they could only refund me $60 out of my $100. So they charged me $40 for ONE towel! Again, never had this issue… ever. Never had a complaint, an unreturned deposit, etc. either the housekeeping has changed and is ripping people off or management has changed. All I know is one towel is not worth $40.

Staff Cash and Kelly were great! very helpful getting us in and settled. They made our stay easy, and were very accommodating. I used the washer and dryer. 2$ each! Good deal

Missed my wake-up call. Shower head was not fully functional. Breakfast was limited.
