Like: Staff was good. Price was reasonable. TV was good. DIslike: Rooms need air conditioning. Finding a large fan in the closet of a mountain motel is always a red flag. Main doors need an automatic opener. Having to fight through heavy doors with a luggage rack or a wheelchair can be tough. The place needs a real sit-down restaurant, not a Starbucks type. Window "curtains" are a joke. Two of the four fell off. Needs to be a microwave in each room. One microwave in the utility room for the whole floor is a joke.
