The carpet is dirty, there are dirty dishes in the drawers, the coffee percolator was full of old coffee residue, and the microwave is in very poor condition; basically, the entire apartment is not what is shown in the photos.

I stayed on the oceanfront balcony on the first floor. There were palm trees on the property right outside my room. I felt like I was on a tropical island. The food was great. The atmosphere was amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel.

More quiet than most places I've stayed on the boardwalk. Easy acces right to the boardwalk.

The key was just stop working sometimes which was frustrating, but the staff was very pleasant.

Dorothy and her mom was very nice and helpful. Expedia you all dropped the ball big time. The GM that was on duty Tuesday made no attempt to address my concerns or even talk to me and Declan who was another manager not on site made no attempt to address my concern. The floor was very dirty not clean at all. To not receive the room I selected was the icing on the cake. The little girl that assisted me was a lead and stated no she could not change my room. The place was not booked up which she lied and said it was. The pots in the kitchen was so used everything stuck. Before you all suggest a place check them out first. Because I booked through you all everything finger was pointed at Expedia

Very nice staff. Could’ve been a little cleaner inside but overall decent. I’d stay again. Price was reasonable.
