Clean room.

Rooms were spotless and the staff is very friendly.

This was our first time staying in their condos. We have stayed in their villas and they were clean and we had no problem but this condo was a different story! Let’s start with the horrible rotten smell walking to the elevator. Got to the room and the condo was lacking cleanliness to say the least. No dish soap in kitchen. No trash bags. Garbage can was running over and no bag to replace it with. Only one extra roll of toilet for 3 bathrooms. The body wash and conditioner in the shower dispensers in the master bathroom were empty. The floors were filthy and very grimy. Our feet were black 15 mins after our shower. Their pans were warped or completely brown from baked on grease. Wasn’t really stocked very well at all for cooking there. The refrigerator had stains all down the front of it and looked gross. The floors had black dirt spots on them everywhere. The threshold of the front door and rug was ABSOLUTELY disgusting. The stairs, hallways, and corridors were so filthy and everything needed a good pressure washing. Back porch was nasty and needed it too. Master shower had mold in it. It was just nasty and we did not feel very clean staying there. $1300.00 for 3 night and that was our accommodations. Not worth one penny of that. Needless to say we will not be staying in the condos again. Including pictures for verification.

I enjoyed my stay at the Franklin Inn. Coming back into Carrabelle during the July 4th holiday to visit family friends/ god-kids and to move out of my previous studio was a lot but thankfully The Franklin Inn made the beginning of my leg of the trip easy and comfortable. Thank you!

The breakfast was the best of any hotel we have ever been to. The room was big and well apportioned with all the little extras

Very quiet; nice and tranquil. Clean & comfortable. Very nice greeting from the care taker when we arrived. Air conditioning was great.

The breakfast offered a lot of options, but unfortunately, the eggs were watery and not very good, and the gravy was burnt and too salty.
