Eatontown Vacation Packages

This place needs major updates. The breakfast was all but nonexistent with horrible egg patties and a waffle machine that didn’t work right. No water to drink and no ice-awful! Hard uncomfortable beds and even the toilet paper was the thinnest one ply I’ve ever seen! We won’t be staying here again 😞

For two days before our arrival, I tried calling the front desk but could never reach anyone. The hotel’s automated AI phone system kept crashing whenever I made a selection, making it practically impossible to get assistance. Check-in was quick and easy. However, despite knowing our departure date, no one warned us before or at check-in that the Atlantic City marathon on Sunday morning would prevent us from retrieving our car and leaving as planned. When we went downstairs and requested our car from valet, we were simply told they would not bring it until the marathon was over. Guests should receive advance notice of any restrictions affecting access to their vehicles so they can plan accordingly. Finding this out only when you are ready to leave is unacceptable. Our room on the 25th floor was clean, but it had a noticeable musty smell. The next morning we called the front desk to have fresh towels and been told “right away” we did get them at 8pm after calling a few more times. The smooth check-in and clean room were positives, but the lack of communication, frustrating phone system, and inability to retrieve our car made this a disappointing stay.

Multiple Elevators Broken, no updates and or guidance from staff on other options, stairs, and etc. Had to walk up 20 plus flights of stairs to get to room and downstairs.

No room service provided. no towels, bed sheets were changed not even upon request.

This was our second time and we love it! Great place for us to have a great time.
