My wife and I have never needed help before getting off of a toilet seat. It was so low to the floor neither of us could take a poop without the other helping them stand up. We were told that was all that was available.checking out was a maze of full elevator lines and confusion. As for the rest of the room it was very small and she slipped and fell getting out of the shower, I don't recommend the Tropicana if you need more reasons just ask we won't be back.

The lobby staff should take customer service classes; that's what they're there for, working to serve guests. The ones who helped me were very rude. I asked for information about the pool since I was traveling with children, and they told me it was for adults only and closed at 5 pm. I arrived at 6 pm on August 3rd and left at 11 am on August 4th. They charged me a resort fee, and I didn't use the facilities.

Good place to stay. Also next to a Dennys

Valet very rude. Shouldn't be how you are greeted. No class

The staff there was very friendly and helpful. I did enjoy having different options of food to eat without leaving out of the hotel. Just a little disappointed that I didn't come home rich from the .01 cent slot machines (lol). But I had an amazing time and memories to share.

Excellent location! The restaurant has great food and staff is so friendly! The rooms were very sandy. I know we are at the beach but even when we moved in there was sand n the floor and in the pullout couch.
