We loved that we had a balcony and also the living room windows were the whole length and width of the room. Great for looking out. I had email staff to see about getting a room on 5th or 6th floor. They were very nice and said they could not guarantee, but they would try their best. They ended up getting us on the 6th floor. We were amazed also, how fast the elevators were. Some that we have stayed was very, very slow at other hotels. Also, the lights of the hotel that lite up the beach were great for people that wanted to set out on the beach after dark.

We loved the view. Our room a/c and refrigerator worked well. The carpet needed replacement and you could not see out of one of the windows.

Estaba muy sucio olía terrible , el desayuno muy feo , y la actitud de la persona que me atendió al llegar fue terrible … Y en el cuarto no avía papel de baño no avía jabón para las manos no tenían shampoo ni jabón la verdad fue de lo peor esta estancia espero y cambien todo !!

Overall the staff was very friendly, the room was clean and breakfast was included do that was a plus.

I was pleasantly surprised to find the room truly clean.Well maintained- updated furniture,bedspreads, paint on walls not scuffed or dirty. Shades not dusty or stained. Completely satisfied and thankful for a great overnite stay. Staff was pleasant!
