Our experience was quite great. Staff was 100% helpful and all our requests were attended. Very clean (even with a "clean inspector"). Food was very good and without queues, which is important also. Very good value for money compared with other hotel brands.

Unfortunately for us we had some bad experiences which left a bitter taste in our mouth. 1. The room itself looks good, but in close inspection was lacking in maintenance, kitchen drawers that refused to stay shut, lights in wardrobe faulty/flickering, shower cubicle is dangerously slippery with no matt. A touch pad for lights and AC that you need a degree in science to work out. We also found a Kamagra gel packet that was under our vanity until, it was there on 1st day and still 2 weeks later, says a lot for the cleaning team. 2. Poolside food is very over priced, we ordered 2x smashed burgers, I informed the staff we were in the Sanctuary at time of ordering, 1 hour later they found us and gave us the luke warm food, I complained about this and returned the food, to which it had been served back to us after being reheated. 3. We did have a lovely meal in 360 restaurant which we would definitely recommend, but this was soon spoiled by the extortionate price we were charged for 2x Rum & Cokes at €36. 4. Very Good Stay id advise to try n book a parking spot that I got after two days .If you don't mind walking down the slope there is a big parking area very close to the best beaches by car n shopping .nice quiet area I loved it .

Buen Family Resort, aunque era Solo Travel. Los cuartos limpios todos los días excelente servicio. Desde la entrada hasta la salida el equipo de trabajo muy amable, atento y profesional. Buen buffet desde desayuno hasta cena.. lo recomiendo para Familias no para Solo Travel. Lo unico que no me gustó fue que el Resort no cambia USA dollars porque no tienen muchos visitantes de USA .lo veo injusto todo cliente debería ser tratado igual no importa de donde venga. Tuve ir en un taxi hacia Puerto Rico Mall para poder cambiar.

Perfect. The staff were so friendly. Rooms were so clean and spacious. Had a room on same level as pool and was nice to have our own sun loungers. Would definitely go back again. Thank you

Plenty of choice for breakfast and dinner. Staff very accommodating. Pools were very well cared for and hygiene at its best.
