We had to switch rooms cuz the first room didn't have a microwave & the sink water didn't work the water pressure in the shower was awful & there was one pillow on one of the beds. We switched rooms it was a little better. And also we checked in & boy that was a whole new experience talking to a man on a screen and he took all the information from me & I gave him my license on the screen & he gave me a room card which came out of a slot from the machine. Craziest thing I've ever seen but it's the way of the world. Pretty soon machines will run our whole universe wait they already do.

Only a 4 because one can always do better. Very happy woth the stay. Staff was polite, prodession, and helpful.

One of if not the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Do not recommend, especially if you have kids. As a military family we travel often and in the past have always enjoyed our stays at previous days inn. This has changed that. As soon as we walked in the room reeked of cigarettes despite their “strict no smoking policy”. There was mold all over the bathroom ceiling, cockroaches in our shower and behind the beds, and the walls were extremely dirty. On top of all that the lack of staff on location felt extremely impersonal. We didn’t see anyone actually there until checking out and had no one to call if we needed anything like extra towels. Our batteries died on our tv remote and we had to go get replacement batteries from a locker which were also bad and the last ones available so we couldn’t even use the tv because they didn’t have anyone there to supply more batteries. Overall terrible experience at this location.

Room was on second floor at the end of the building but had to use the stairway at the front of the building was not told that at check in

The shower in my room had peeling paint and black stains. The bathroom walls and baseboards were dirty—they don't clean properly using the right products—and the towels were grayish.
