Staff was great

The biggest issue is the smell. I understand it’s an old building, so it has that typical old, musty smell. The room has only one window, and the AC unit is installed in it, so very little natural light comes in. On top of that, the room smells like weed smoke coming through one of the vents.

I like almost everything about this hotel..will definitely be back soon

Wonderful stat but there were many hidden charges , I got charged nyc tax, then I had to pay extra for 2nd guest

Good place to stay with the family.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom first 3 nights then moved to a 1 bedroom with balcony for 2 nights. Both rooms were clean but furniture was worn, torn and couch in 1 room had disgusting stains. In the 2 bedroom we did use a rollaway also which was the most uncomfortable rollaway I’ve ever slept on by far. For the most part the staff was very nice! Really liked the housekeeper Ana, the front desk check-in ; even though had small mishaps and the restaurant staff were all incredibly friendly but my call with the concierge on the first day of my check-in was beyond rude. I can easily say that I will not be staying here again!

Great staff. Very helpful. Good housekeeping. Very slow elevator. Plan ahead for traveling from room to lobby. Purchase breakfast option has a very limited selection (pastry, drink, fruit). Great location. Easy to get around.

Staff are very friendly Upstairs breakfast and evening snack room has a nice balcony. Great location for biking
