The Per Diem restaurant served great food and our server, Olivia was friendly and courteous. Our bartender, Becca, crafted excellent cocktails including the Espresso Martinis. We enjoyed our stay at Rock Lititz!

Outdoor pool was closed both days we were there due to a staffing shortage. We booked the hotel for its ammenities, which we could not even use. No compensation was offered, even though other guests complained about the same issue and were given arcade gift cards. Fire pits were also shut off without any advance warning or communication. My husband asked a housekeeping member for more towels, since we only received 2 towels for a room meant for 4 people. He was told that our room “wasn’t on their list” and could not help him. That’s unacceptable.
