Elizabethtown Vacation Packages

We arrived and had to sign several documents stating we were responsible for any damage to the room. We've never had to do this at any other place we've stayed. We also had to put down a deposit for potential damage, which is normal. When we went to the room, the door was damaged around the lock, as if someone had forced entry. We took photos as proof for our protection. Once we walked in, we noticed a half-dead cockroach on the floor. Then we noticed the bathroom door lock and handle were damaged, as if someone had forced the door open. We went to the desk to talk to someone, and they gave us a different room. If you're sensitive to odor or fragrance, the entire building smells really funky, like they are hiding a smell. We will never stay here again.

Accommodations were exactly as advertised. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again.
