The staff was attentive, friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was also delicious; however, the room was not clean and there was a moldy smell in the room and in the hallway.

The hotel is beautiful. Comfortable beds. The restaurant on site is very nice. Close to all things MidCity. The only issue was as check in. There was something wrong with their system and I was being told my card was not being authorized for the incidentals. After using THREE different cards and receiving notifications that they DID all go through. It was not a me issue it was a them issue, resulting in a $100 hold on 3 different cards. I definitely was not please and unfortunately there was nothing to be done. I was apologized to and told at least they would fall off.

Pet friendly hotel so be prepared to hear dogs barking as well as smelling the prior occupants pet odors in the room.

Clean room,staff was very friendly! The stay was convenience to the shopping area. I would recommend the stay.
