The property was I guess being renovated so it looked it really run down on the outside. But once you get to the rooms they were immaculate very beautiful very clean. The only problem I really seen in the rooms was the towels. They really didn't look to clean at least to my satisfaction.

Only one elevator working. Had to wait a long time for the one remaining. The poor lady on front desk had to check people in, make cocktails, answer the phones… too much for one person . Breakfast… no potatoes or french toast sticks. No English breakfast tea.no forks. Not enough staff
