The outside looked ran down. The inside smelled clean but there was over an inch of dust on fridge and wall hangings. Mirrors was filthy. Toilet was not secured to floor. Touched the nightstand and it fell off wall. Sheets had stains. Took a shower and walked across floor and our feet were filthy from the floor. Pool was dirty and there were no chairs around it. This was unacceptable after paying almost 300.00 for one night.

The chef closed down the restaurant an hour and a half after opening and had an attitude when asked about it. Even the waitresses were confused about why they were shut down. Other than that it’s a great place. Rooms were nice and spacious, the staff were very friendly, and it has direct access to the beach.

Property was well maintained and clean. The elevators were a little scary and creaky and our shower door had a piece of glass missing so the floor got pretty wet. But overall it was a very functional place for what we needed.

My daughter turned 40 and chose Pensacola as her desired place to go, based off of reviews I chose this place, and I must say the reviews were on the money I totally agree

The check-in process and automatic locks at the property were very confusing. I could not get through to an actual person. Also, the access to the beach is not nearly as close as it looks on a map. Other than that, it’s a beautiful property, with nice accommodations.

The condo is overlooking the beach and a has a great view. The nice thing is that you get two free chairs with an umbrella with your stay.

2bdrm 2bath..very nice,bed was comfortable, we loved the adult pool..only wish the pool was open later than 7pm in the evening.old management was at least 9pm.. Nice dog park.. My husband and his cousin enjoyed the golf course there too.
