The only thing we didn't like about the hotel was that you had to eat breakfast in the breakfast area and with a toddler, that is difficult to do. Also, the pool is miniature! Max occupancy is 10! PICTURES ARE DECEIVING!!

Book these rooms during the week for a work trip the price was right everybody enjoyed their rooms courteous Service very clean location. Great way to make a trip fantastic. Can’t wait to go back with my spouse.

THIS WAS A VERY NICE ROOM FOR THE MONEY

The electric went out at seven and we went downstairs to check when I was gonna turn on. They had no idea they were. They would say 1130 and then it turned into 12 whatever and then it come back on at two and then this one customer was checking in and they said that the there was water damage on the third floor of the power of being out then they said that there was

‘The Central’ was more like an upscale motel than a 4-star facility. After staying at a DoubleTree (3-star hotel) and then staying here, my family was disappointed. This was the least grandeur Best Western Premier series hotel we stayed at. It did not have that exceptional feeling like the rest. The bathroom was nearly the size of a 1980’s walk-in closet and carpet flooring wasn’t doing it for us after being spoiled at stays with hard-surfaced flooring. The staff was great, but the facility (mostly the room) wasn’t superior nor exceptional.

The staff was nice although they were understaffed the front desk person seemed to do everything . We were only there because we lost our electricity. They ate very outdated but are under construction so that will probably change eventually. Pretty nice breakfast waffles, bagels, muffins, eggs ,sausage , cereal , oatmeal , danish , ok, apple juice , tea ,coffee, but they did run out of French vanilla creamer 😖. Pool was very generic with white plastic chairs 😳 the towels were pretty horrible but the water temp was nice . They did have a handicap lift which I thought was nice . I liked the 24 hour coffee bar which also had ice water 🤗
