The place is good for the price

Good music in the areas and at a appropriate volume(something not common in every place) Just the restaurants menus are always the same,they should switch it up from time to time

It took more than two hours to check in after check point of 4:00 pm - We supposed to get a call to confirm that the room was ready, a call that never happened. There has been a lot of rain so it did not help to have a clear view of the whole property. Restaurants are of good quality and the staff was very nice.

Disappointed to learn that this resort charges for chairs on the beach. Having a kitchen was a selling point for us, as we don’t like to eat out every meal on vacation. Unfortunately, there were very few utensils, cookware and storage pieces within. The paper products were extremely cheap for a resort of this type. We had trouble with one TV in the bedroom and front desk was not concerned about helping us with this. They referred us to call back the next day. We did see an employee doing maintenance in the morning and he informed us that it was merely a switch that needed turning to run that particular outlet. He was very quick to answer our question, so it was obvious that this is a common occurrence.
