The check in window wasn’t clean: Dirty, spider webs, cigarette butts, etc. The bedsheets and bedspread had cigarette burn holes and cuts on them. The sink faucet needs replacing. The bathtub had cigarette burns on it. The bathtub mat was sticky, stained and stuck to the bathtub. The toilet seat was loose. The room didn’t have a good smell. I’m glad I had my Lysol spray to spray the bed and room. There wasn’t a clothes hook or clothe rack to hang my clothes on. They have a sign up “No Refunds” so I couldn’t ask for a refund to go to another motel or hotel. Please notify the Health Department for a major and thorough inspection.

Since 2022, I have been staying at the hotel. During that time time, the hotel looked new. The hotel is not being maintained. Inside the facility, it has a lot of wear/tear on it. Wall corners are damaged; my room (306) had dry wall repairs not completed (aesthetically not pleasing). The amenities (soap) is very cheap quality and very small/thin. The water pressure for the shower is very low. For the average cost of that room ($278/night), it is well over priced. The breakfast is not good quality.

Nice and clean place to stay
