Eureka Vacation Packages

first class hotel at reasonable prices. Hotel conglomerates, this operation has your lessons to learn...

I stayed at this property 20+ years ago and it was beautiful. This time, we stayed in the governor’s suite and what a letdown. Ratty, broken down sofa, peeling wallpaper in the bathroom, no electric services on one side of the bed, only one glass in the room. No mini bar, and no cold water bottles. It just looked tired. The hotel bar/dining room upholstery was torn and pretty gross. The table tops were delaminating from poor maintenance. Unsanitary. Hardwood flooring in the main lobby is in bad need of refinishing. Automatic revolving doors at entrance didn’t work properly. On the bright side, the staff was friendly, and the location is great, but for $400+/night, I will book elsewhere next time.

We liked everything about the hotel and our stay, considering we were a party of 6. We had a corner room and you can hear the outside noise (hotel is right by the highway). Would stay here again.

Exceeded our expectations.
