Okay place, staff was helpful.

ironboard was dirty , bathroom was dirty

The first room was dirty and had cracked tile covered with tape. I booked the family suite. After complaining I was offered another room that was a little smaller or a refund. I was fine with the smaller room, it at least was clean.. maybe they could consider updating the rooms or at the furniture. The clerk Hashesh was kind and helpful in addressing my concerns. I also told the manager on Monday and was given and apology. Definitely a 2.5/5 I would love a portion of what I paid for my stay to be refunded, because I ended up in a smaller room and was inconvenienced. Also the housekeeper doesn’t really appear to be cleaning or really trying to clean or maintain the appeal of that hotel. They only attempt to clean once, so early in the morning like 0900, even if you ask for a them to come back later or specify when you will be out, they don’t return that day. I was there three days and never had housekeeping. Took trash to get dumpster ourselves.
