It's not in a fantastic area, but the staff kept the inside of the hotel safe and clean. They were all lovely to talk with and they were quite helpful with directing me around the neighbourhood

This was a convenient location downtown. We had a suite and I liked that there was some separation from the bedroom. The Fitness room was good and well equipped. I had to move stationary bike in order to watch the TV as it was World Cup. The unicorn restaurant beside and the Starbucks were very convenient. We had a lovely fast meal at the unicorn. The only glitch was the elevator requires your card key and it would move so quickly, and the card reader was slow, so sometimes the elevator would take off to a different floor before we’ve had a chance to select ours, but a minor glitch.

This was a one night stay downtown. For the price you cant beat it The hotel is under renovation as its changed hands again....the good thing is the renovation looks great but the hotel still has its quirks. Our room had nice comfy beds and a newly renovated bathroom with walk in shower...however the sink and mirror are still outside the bathroom and the fan is constantly on! Friendly staff and an early check outweighed any issues!

Same breakfast for the 3 days I stayed there. I would have preferred to eat different things every morning. Room was nice, but not was I was expecting. Location was great.

It was a quiet and cozy stay with a great location with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby within walking distance. Miles and John we're very helpful with the sign-in process. Will definitely stay again when we're back to Edmonton
