Room was clean and appeared to be updated. Hotel was very convenient to walk to and from the airport and also our favorite restaurant “Donna’s”

The staff was helpful at check in. The elevator was pretty sketchy, but the room was clean. There is no A/C but there is a fan in the closest

We stayed at Aspen Suites the night before our flight home. The hotel is located about a 5 min drive from the airport (or about 10 min walk if you can’t find a cab). Excellent staff, easy check-in. Clean common areas and clean, spacious rooms. The room has a kitchenette and full-sized fridge, a couch with table, and clean, comfortable bed. We had large boxes of frozen fish and the hotel has a deep freeze for storage. The rooms have A/C! That’s a big bonus for summertime travel, most hotels in Juneau do not. The only “drawback” is it is not near downtown Juneau, but Ubers are plentiful and the ride cost about $20. This is hotel is clean, the staff is great, and it’s very convenient for the airport, and the A/C in the rooms is a huge plus. Very fair for the price.

We had to book last minute so there was no doubt one night would be expensive! We also knew we were getting there late (after 10pm). The next morning I requested a late checkout and the deck clerks practically laughed in my face. Hotel greed. Sadly, nothing you can do about it. In addition, this hotel advertises a “gym” which consisted of a couple cardio machines. Nothing else. If you make hotel decisions based on gym access, do not book here! (In addition to the other issues noted above).

The silver bow Inn is a little jewel in Juneau. Although old, it has been updated and made very charming with little touches like custom wallpaper, and every amenity you could want. The only drawback is having to carry your luggage upstairs, but if you can do that this is the hotel to stay at.

Room was clean. A little loud with noise from road on the waterfront rooms.

Cody was the best, he made our stay very amazing. One of the lamps in our room wasn't working, and the kitchen didnt have enough lighting. The other staff members were nice too. Breakfast could include more items. Enough parking though we didnt have to use it. Homeless people were an issue.
