Quiet neighbourhood yet convenient, walkable distance to train station (Park n’Ride parking at train station as well). Excellent hot breakfast! Very spacious rooms. Very friendly and attentive staff. Free parking with EV charger.

A busy friendly pub hotel that made us feel very welcome. Very clean, very large comfy bed. A quiet large warm room and clean bathroom. Staff were friendly and obliging and breakfast delicious. Loved the fact a table at dinner was reserved even without asking and then you could choose not to take it. We did and the menu was varied in a dining room that took good COVID precautions. We enjoyed our dinner. Really great value for money and would definitely recommend.

Great location, but I should have read the fine print! We booked a private room but it came with sharing a shower and WC facilities with other guests rooms. Our room was spatious and clean but the shared accomodations need more maintenance and cleaning. It was OK but not great.
