The room was decent, We were there for 2 weeks and our room never got cleaned! We were told that the rooms only get cleaned every 14 days! That was unacceptable! We cleaned our own room and emptied the garbage every other day. The trash receptacles at both ends of the hallway of our floor were always overflowing, The hallway and elevator were always dirty. Most of the staff was very nice and professional except one female. She was very rude and nasty! I would never recommend this place to anyone and I will never ever stay there again!

Great place to stay. Fire pit was nice. Did not use the pool but looked good. The only weak spot was that the bathroom floor got wet when showering.

This was the worst hotel that I've ever stayed at. They didn't have the amenities that was on their website. The room was dusty, the sofa was awful and the bed was hard as a rock. They asked for a deposit and when we looked in the room. The lamps were busted and needed lamps. The door that we had to get to our room at was spider infested and the ac above the door was leaking down in front of the door. They barely had any customer service and i would recommend that no one should stay there.

We have stayed there for more than 10 years on every vacation but time is taking a toll on the property. A lot of signs of wear. The staff is still great.

I stayed 2 nights and it was great. The hotel is very clean and the staff nice and helpful. I would stay again in the future if I have the opportunity. Thanks.

I couldn’t get over how impeccably clean the room was and so elegant. It was the best room I have had in years!
