The entrance is grand and beautiful. We did not see the pool but the gym area and the laundry area although we appreciate it both was not clean as it should be. Collection of dirt and hairs all around the bases of the equipment and the laundry. The floor area just was not very clean. Our room had unidentifiable splatters all over an area on two walls. I would recommend to stay here, the breakfast was amazing, especially the freshly cooked food by the chef and the woman at the omelette / waffle area was exceptional as were the host. But again they could improve on the overall cleanliness of common areas.

It was nice to stay for a weekend but the neighborhood was nice I like the location where it wasn't too far from grocery stores food areas the only thing I was saying is it's nothing for the kids to do but overall I like it

We had requested a refrigerator the first night at the hotel and told us they would get us one each day from 8/11 thru 8/13 and we checked out on 8/14. We lost a lot of perishable items because of this. Everyday we would ask and we told we would have it that day. It never happened. We were very disappointed.

I would not stay here again.

Our room’s bathroom was just a bit rundown. The convenience to the ballpark and the staff, bar and gym were great. We enjoyed our stay.
