The room was clean and acceptable . The only complaint was the continental breakfast was lacking. If you wanted scrambled eggs, the instructions were to chop up a hard boiled egg and microwave it.

The hot tub was excellent, excellent water pressure and the water temperature stayed hot for a long time. The rooms were quiet no shared walls meant no noisy neighbors. The bed was actually comfortable. The pillows were awful 18” decorative pillows not bed pillows. There were 3 lightbulbs out in our room. The bathroom sink was clogged, and the fan in the water closet sounded like a dying dinosaur. For a stay beyond a day or 2 there was no dresser and only 2 hangers in the closet no way to unpack clothes. There was a serious gap around the exterior door you could see outside and inside! The door to the water closet didn’t shut. Even with these issues we will be back to stay for the bed and hot tub, we’ll just bring hangers and pillows from home.

Overall, the stay was pleasant. The property is clearly older, which is apparent, yet the staff make a sincere effort to maintain cleanliness. A smart TV or USB outlets would be welcome additions. Our sole issue involved soap and shampoo that felt oily even after rinsing.

The perfect place…location, super clean, excellent breakfast! Beautiful property. The only place we stay every year!
