Nice hotel unfortunately you could hear music from the main floor all the way up on the fifth floor.

The front desk person seemed overwhelmed between checking us in and answering phones. He came off as rude and was short with his engagement. I work in customer service and this behavior would never be tolerated at my work. I wasn’t demanding or rude so there was no reason for him to be that way towards me.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It's a charming, beautifully designed property located right in the heart of downtown Seattle. The decor and overall ambiance were both inspiring and soothing, creating a unique and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly, kind, and responsive throughout our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised, with great amenities and a beautiful view of the Space Needle. The only minor downside was that the TV's placement partially blocked the view from certain angles. When we arrived, the TV wasn't working, but the team addressed the issue quickly and efficiently. There were a few small areas for improvement. We had received a VIP voucher for complimentary drinks, but it wasn't mentioned during check-in. Since we were only staying one night, we unfortunately didn't have enough time to take advantage of it. We also found that only decaf coffee pods were stocked in the room initially, but after we notified the staff, they promptly brought us a full bag of regular coffee pods. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and truly appreciated the hotel's design, atmosphere, and excellent service. The only thing to note is that, being located in the middle of downtown, it can be a bit noisy at night due to the city's activity. That said, I would happily stay here again and would recommend it to others looking for a stylish and well-located hotel in Seattle.

I liked everything about the propety. The staff was helpful and friendly, the attached resturant was a little expensive, but had excellent food and service. The hotel room was comfortable, with an excellent bed and armchair. Excellent shower with immediate hot water. there were good reading lamps. The hotel was within convenient walking distance of the Pike St. Market and a lot of good resturants on the waterfront and nearby streets. We walked 20 minutes to the Space Needle one way and abit further to the ball stadium the other. So well situated.

The area felt a bit sketchy. The gentleman who checked us in told us nothing about the hotel. But overheard a nice lady explaining everything to another couple. We were a bit in the dark. Didn’t know about free coffee, water etc also I believe there is a sitting on top of the hotel. Wish we would have known about that also. The gentleman needs to explain these things to people. The hotel was profit where it was located and had no breakfast.

My husband & I stayed at the Belltown Inn just for one night, before leaving on a cruise the following day. We arrived around 11am and were more than prepared to check our luggage in and kill time before checking in. Melba was the front desk staff that was more than helpful. She allowed us to check in early at no extra cost (we were beyond excited after a long morning of traveling!). Melba was very friendly, but most of all she was very informative. She let us know all the amenities that the hotel had to offer such as the bikes (for free to use), the coffee in the lounge, and the rooftop patio. Melba also inquired about our travel plans in which we said we were going on a cruise. She let us know about the shuttle service that she could arrange for us to get to the port. I feel that she went above and beyond anything I have experienced at any hotel. We would definitely go back not only for the hotel, but how friendly and helpful the front staff was.
