Front desk was very helpful with helping us with accommodation. The lady was very pleasant. I can't remember her name but she was a blonde from Alabama. Very nice.

This place is a true gem and bleeds southern hospitality. The staff there absolutely make the place shine even more. They all have that southern charm. Definitely would highly recommend.

Staff were super kind and helpful, when I got there I was able to do an early check in which was great because I don’t live super close. That evening apparently the TVs / cable went out, a few hours later apparently an elevator had issues, a lot of high way noise from my room on the 8th floor, when I checked out early this morning something happened in the front lobby and there was a gigantic puddle of water by the front doors and down stairs was incredibly humid, pool was a little smaller than what it looked like online, the room was very clean and had a great bathroom and plenty of space but I probably would not stay here again all things considered.
